Jacques Al~Asmar is an international award winning choreographer. A highly skilled Traditional Middle Eastern dance performer and educator, born in Accra, Ghana and raised in Beirut, Lebanon. Trained in Classical Raqs Sharqi, Shaabi, Saidi, and Mahragana, his work blends cultural authenticity with powerful, expressive movement. Known for his strength, grace, and emotional connection to music, Jacques brings storytelling to the stage through every performance. Through his teaching and performances, he is dedicated to empowering dancers to move with confidence, presence, and purpose.
